Maintenance Service Agreement
- We understand that in some cases, maintaining an on-site engineering department may not be the most cost effective to do business.
- There is no standard or set of definitions for the various levels of service contracts but many unique packages can be designed to fit your needs.
- The different customized Service Agreement levels we offer can include:
- Manufacturer warranty extension (MWE, when available).
- Full-Labor Service Contract (FLSC): A full-labor service contract covers 100% of the labor troubleshooting, replace, and maintain most
- Broadcast Equipment. (Device procurement not included)
- Preventive Maintenance (PM).
- Emergency Troubleshooting Service (ETS).
- Minor system changes: Changes may cover physical wiring and/or software.
- Minor System diagrams changes.
